Q: I have files (e.g., customer pictures) I would like to upload and store in a lost and found item. How can I do this?
A: To upload a file to a lost and found item, follow these instructions:
Go to Services > Lost and Found > Dashboard.
Search for the item that you wish to edit.
Click the action dropdown for the item.
Select the option "Edit."
Go to the "Files" tab (as shown below).
βClick and drag the file into the upload area (Or select the upload area to select the file from your computer).
Click "Update."
Any file type, including PDFs, images, spreadsheets, and word documents, can be uploaded.
Once uploaded, you can hover over the file to:
Download the file
Delete the file
