If you use more than one Golf Genius product, jumping between them usually means logging in separately or hunting down the right URL each time. The Cross Navigation menu solves this by letting you move between your Golf Genius products directly from within Golf Shop, without leaving your current session. In this article, we will discuss how to use the Cross Navigation menu and what happens if you navigate to a product you don't have access to.
Using the Cross Navigation Menu
The Cross Navigation icon is located in the top-right corner of Golf Shop, and is available whether your menu is collapsed or expanded.
Follow these directions:
Click the Cross Navigation icon in the top-right corner (as shown below).
Select the Golf Genius product you'd like to open (as shown below).
You'll be taken directly to that product.
Note: Cross Navigation is currently available on web only.
Accessing Golf Shop from Another Product
If you click into Golf Shop from another Golf Genius product's Cross Navigation menu and your account isn't associated with a Golf Shop account, you'll be taken to a Golf Shop product overview page rather than an error message.
If you reach Golf Shop another way and your account isn't associated with a Golf Shop account, you'll see a message that your account wasn't found, along with the option to "Sign in with another account."
