2026 Release Announcement

July 8th, 2026

Purchase Order Redesign

Our biggest feature in this update is the complete redesign of the Purchase Order (PO) form. Rebuilt from the ground up, you can now manage, view, and edit multiple Special Orders within a single Purchase Order—all on one page.

  • Laying the Groundwork for AI: This redesign isn't just about today's improvements; it is the crucial first step in implementing our AI Special Order Assistant. This highly anticipated AI feature will arrive very soon to make order entry even faster!

  • All-in-One Visibility: No more losing your place or navigating away. You can now view all Special Order details inline using an intuitive expand/collapse view and tabbed menus (Order Details, Shipping, Finalize, Return, etc.).

  • Drag-and-Drop Organization: Easily reorder Special Orders within the PO using a simple drag-and-drop interface.

  • Live Pipeline Stats: A new stats bar at the top of the page gives you real-time counts of your orders at every stage (To Place, Placed, Delivered, Finalized, Returned, Canceled, Deleted).

Notable areas where you will experience the New Purchase Order Design:

  • Click on the "New Purchase Order" button

  • Edit an existing Purchase Order

  • "Save and Add New Item" to a New Special Order

  • "Save and Clone Order" to a New Special Order

Add Multiple Customers to Shaft Labels

We have upgraded our popular Shaft Labels feature to save you more time!

  • Batch Printing: You can now add multiple customers (both members and guests) to a single label sheet.

  • Custom Copies: Specify exactly how many label copies you need for each person in the batch.

  • Live Layout Preview: See exactly how your labels will be arranged on the page before you hit print.

This is especially helpful after Demo Days or when receiving bulk club shipments intended for several customers.

Found Item Tag

While our Lost and Found feature is great for logging items digitally, identifying the actual physical items in your storage bin could still be a challenge. We’ve bridged that gap with the new Found Tag.

  • Physical Identification: Use the data in your Lost and Found dashboard to print a physical tag to attach to the found item.

  • Key Details Included: Tags print with all the necessary details to quickly identify the owner, including Found Date, Found By, Description, Location, and Item Number.

  • Flexible Printing: Print a tag individually straight from the action dropdown in the Lost and Found Dashboard, Print Labels located on the side Menu, and the Report Center.

Mobile App: Rental Reservations

Managing rental equipment just got easier. Rental Reservations is now available on the Mobile App.

Reserve for Later: You can now choose between "Issue Now" (for immediate rentals) or "Reserve for Later" (as shown below). The system automatically calculates inventory availability based on the reservation window, preventing you from booking items that are already reserved or overdue during that period.

Enhanced Dashboard: The Rental Dashboard now features advanced filtering and color-coded statuses (Reserved, Expired, In Progress, Overdue). You can easily see why a rental is in a specific state (e.g., "Never Returned" or "Sold") by expanding the rental details (as shown below).

Smart Availability & Scanning: When selecting inventory, the app now warns you of overlaps or unavailability (as shown below). Additionally, barcode scanning has been optimized to manage all rental statuses and to "Finalize Rental" for items currently out.

Lost and Found Enhancements

We have significantly expanded the capabilities of the Lost and Found feature to enhance visibility for both managers and members.

Home Dashboard Tile: Managers now have a dedicated Lost and Found tile on the Home Dashboard for a quick view of lost, found, and claimed items (as shown below).

Member Portal Tiles: You can now add a Lost and Found Tile to the Member Portal, allowing members to view lost and found lists, complete with status labels like Unclaimed or Returned (as shown below)

Analytics & Reporting: A new Analytics Dashboard provides visual insights, including top categories of lost items and trend charts (as shown below). For detailed record-keeping, you can now download a comprehensive Lost and Found Report (Excel) from the Report Center.

Permissions: We have added more granular permissions for the feature. Managers can be granted "View Only" access, full management access, or have the feature hidden entirely.

Special Orders: "Order Charged" Tile Icon

We have improved the visibility of finalized statuses on the Special Orders dashboard. Previously, the "Special Order Charged" checkbox was only visible when editing an order. Now, if an order is marked as charged, a visual icon will appear directly on the Special Order tile in the dashboard, regardless of its stage (To Place, Placed, or Delivered).
